Corrections, sources, and folklore. All digital products remain the intellectual property of Undine Grimoires. Unauthorized distribution may result in revoked access and legal action where appropriate.
Refunds for digital products. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If you experience a technical issue with access or file delivery, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.
9. Physical Products
Shipping, returns, and refunds for physical products are governed by our Shop Policies.
Herbs, teas, and botanicals. Products not labeled as food are not intended for consumption. Read all labels, check for allergies, and consult a qualified professional before using any botanical product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a health condition.
Metaphysical products. Crystals, ritual tools, and other metaphysical items are sold for their cultural, decorative, and traditional significance. We make no claims that any product will produce physical, medical, emotional, or supernatural effects.
10. Tarot Consultations
Archetypal Tarot Consultations are offered for reflection, insight, and entertainment. They are not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice and do not predict guaranteed outcomes. You must be 18 or older to book.
Readings are delivered in writing by email within the timeframe listed for each offering. If we cannot complete your reading, you will receive a full refund. Once a reading has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
Please do not submit questions involving medical emergencies, self-harm, or immediate danger. In those situations, contact emergency services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Undine Grimoires shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, its content, or its products and services.
Your use of the Site and its content is at your own risk.
12. Indemnification
